Job Description:

The applicant will need to work on academic projects related to research papers and studies. 

She/he will have to check the feasibility and provide effort estimates for the assignments. The candidates should be able to work on a variety of subjects (humanities) or may specialize in one main subject also.  She/he should be able to provide quality research artifacts as per requirements approved by the client. She/he should be able to work on comments given by the client as per the initially agreed scope.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of research/research methodology is must.
• Awareness of publishing papers or thesis and related guidelines and standards, is must.
• Can easily work on documentation in MS word and have good command over written English.
• Should be able to understand client requirements related to research artifacts.
• Must have already published some research papers.
• Must have understanding of structure of research artifacts and knowledge about various styles of Referencing and Bibliography
• Candidates should mention in their CV, to what level that have worked on research related assignments/papers/documents
• Remote working/WFH acceptable
• Only females with prior research knowledge should apply.

Job Type and Compensation:

• Contractual/Temporary, Freelance

• Pay: 30-45 paise / word (depends upon prior experience and Educational Qualification)

Schedule:

• Day shift: While a freelancing position, we expect the candidate to be available for calls during day shift time.

Job Description:

The Telesales Representative (TSR) needs to call the prospective clients (who are indulging in any kind of research project), try to understand their requirements, and convince them to complete the order.

We will provide leads to the TSR, and the TSR needs to follow up on the same. The TSR should be polite and patient in attitude and should be able to carefully listen to the directions given by the company and requirements shared by the client.

TSR should be able to provide a detailed report (in Excel) by EOD for each call made and progress made against each of the relevant leads given to TSR.

Job Requirements:

• The candidate should have good spoken English and Hindi skills.
• Should have an overview of how thesis/research work is done (steps required to complete a PhD or any other type of research work).
• Should be proactive in follow-ups and should be mature enough to understand sometimes what is not being said.
• Remote working/WFH is acceptable.
• This opening is for females only.
• Awareness of research paper writing would be a plus.
• Freshers may apply, but experienced candidates will be preferred.
